F2E Highway NSW
Project Brief:
The Frederickton to Eungai Highway project incorporated the construction of a 26 km long section on the Pacific Highway, which is inclusive of 13 mainline bridges and overbridges.
The project aimed at the expansion of the Pacific Highway located in NSW, Australia.

Our Role:
Concrete Reinforcement Services was a subcontractor in this project, and was engaged to utilize its expertise in Steel fixing for reinforced concrete throughout the construction process of the F2E Highway.
Our Role:
We were engaged in this project as a subcontractor, to carry out steel fixing for reinforced concrete. Our team worked tirelessly to get the job done and carried out steel fixing on the site in an efficient manner; to position reinforcing bar and steel mesh into reinforced and concrete pours to provide them with enhanced strength and longevity.

Ballarat Wastewater Treatment Plant VIC
Project Brief:
This project aimed at the up-gradation of the Ballarat Wastewater treatment plant located in Ballarat, in the state of Victoria. The upgrade was done to provide better wastewater treatment services to the residents of Ballarat.
Clem7 Tunnel QLD
Project Brief:
The development of the twin tunnel, or the North-South Bypass Tunnel aimed at enhancing the Brisbane city and suburban areas’ road network.

CRS was a part of this project where we catered to steel fixing and provided high-quality reinforcement services. We conducted the efficient installation of the best quality steel for this project.

Eastern Distributor NSW
Project Brief:
A 6 km motorway that has a significant role in making the motorway network of Sydney efficient, was constructed featuring a double-deck tunnel of 1.7 km to help the drivers save time while on the road.
Cross City Tunnel NSW
Project Brief:
This project involved construction of a 2.1 km long twin road tunnel, linking Darling Harbour to Rushcutters Bay in the CBD and Eastern suburbs respectively. The Cross City tunnel comprises two tunnels under the Bathurst Streets, and William Street to cater to the routes towards the west and the east.

Our Role:
Concrete Reinforcement Services has been servicing clients nationally, and this was another feather in our hat. We worked as subcontractors and carried out the steel fixing within the scope of this project.
LEGACY WAY QLD
Project Brief:
This colossal project included the construction of a twin tunnel, that was 4.6 km long and connected the Western Freeway at Toowong with Inner City Bypass at Kevin Grove.
Not only did this project aimed at improving the infrastructure, but also considered sustainability as its prime responsibility.
Our Role:
Our specialization in all concrete trades gave us the opportunity to be an integral part of the Legacy Way tunnel. The role of the team at CRS was to successfully accomplish the steel fixing on reinforced concrete.
Liverpool Wastewater Treatment Plant NSW
Project Brief:
This was a significant project as it is one of the major wastewater treatment plants in the greater metropolitan area of Sydney. The up-gradation of the Liverpool Wastewater Treatment Plant was done to enhance its functions and utility for the public.
Our Role:
CRS was engaged in this project to cater to the concrete works within the scope of the plant’s up-gradation. Our diligent team of professionals successfully conducted the installation of steel structures, and accomplished the same whilst utilizing our expertise and experience in the industry.
Homebush Bay Bridge NSW
Project Brief:
Homebush Bay Bridge project involved the construction of a 480m long bridge across Homebush Bay into Western Sydney’s Wentworth Point. It’s structure featured 68m spans constructed over the water as balanced cantilevers.
Our Role:
As subcontractors, the team at CRS was mainly responsible for initializing and accomplishing the concrete works that were required for this extensive project. The steel fixing was conducted by us for the development of the Homebush Bay Bridge.
Lane Cove Tunnel NSW
Project Brief:
This project aimed at establishing a key link in the orbital motorway network of Sydney, and connecting the Gore Hill Freeway to the M2 for saving time amidst driving between Sydney city and its northwestern suburbs.
Our Role:
Our role was to create a strong foundation for this massive project. Our expertise in the concrete trades led us here, and we successfully carried out the job. The steel fixing on reinforced concrete was done effectively by the experienced team at CRS.
M7 NSW
Project Brief:
M7 was meant to be Sydney’s longest, 40 km motorway to cater to the need for transport links in Western Sydney. This posed as a successful addition to Sydney’s infrastructure.
Our Role:
As subcontractors, we were mainly engaged to carry out steel fixing, formwork, and concreting. We ensured that the best quality steel structures were used for efficient installation and laying a strong foundation to M7 that was going to enhance the infrastructure of the city and improve the transport links.
Parramatta And Chatswood Rail Link NSW
Project Brief:
This new railway link between Parramatta and Chatswood in NSW was a significant project that proposed four new stations, and allowed the use of seven existing stations to provide railway services to the areas that were not accessible for it earlier.
Our Role:
The concrete work involved in the rail link comprising of four new stations required dedication and diligence. Our role was to simply utilize our expertise whilst abiding by our work ethics and the Australian workmanship standards. We accomplished the job by installing major steel structures on the reinforced concrete.
Port Botany Expansion
Project Brief:
The significant Port Botany expansion project is expected to double the current capacity of the Port. It encompasses an additional 1,850m of extra berth length, through the reclamation of 63 hectares of land, five new shipping berths, dedicated road, and rail access, as well as a public boat launching ramp and parking.
Our Role:
Our professional team was responsible for carrying out all of the steel fixings on the Port’s counterforts, walls and buttresses, which required 10,000 tonnes of steel and 6,000 tonnes of steel in the crane rail and cope beam.
Condong Sugar Mill NSW
Project Brief:
The significance of this project was to be able to co-generate electricity within two plants. The Condong Sugar Mill operates as power stations within the mills. A great level of concrete trade was required in this project.
Our Role:
We were engaged in the steel fixing of the sugar mill, which required enormous amounts of steel, and manpower for its installation which was catered to by us at Concrete Reinforcement Services.
Airport Link QLD
Project Brief:
This project aimed at connecting Queensland’s major city, Brisbane’s northern arterials to the Inner City Bypass and the North – South Bypass Tunnel. This included two tunnels between Kedron and Clayfield, in each direction (east-west), two separate tunnels between Bowen Hills and Kedron (north-south), and elevated structures to link the mainline tunnels to the inner-city and north-south bypass tunnels.
Our Role:
The team at CRS was welcomed aboard to conduct the major concrete trades that required immaculate quality of workmanship, and diligence. Our professionals were responsible for carrying out steel fixing required to lay a solid foundation of this major development project in Brisbane.
